The AQUIRAZ GOLF & BEACH VILLAS will be concluded in 2006 (1st Stage) and 2008 (Final Stage) with 8 luxury hotels and hundreds of chalets, which can be bought or rented.  The owners have full rights to use the complex's leisure and play grounds, golf, tennis, horseriding, swimming pools, etc. Consequently land prices around Aquiraz are rising, and 1 Euro invested today will be worth, at least, 5 Euros, or more,  in 2008!

It so happens that I have lived in our house, which overlooks the River Catu, and these beaches, for over 13 years.  I'm English, but have lived and worked in Brazil for many years, and I chose the beach of PRAINHA, Aquiraz, Ceará to be my last Paradise!  This Tourist Project is growing, right in front of my eyes.  The photo below shows where the Rio Catu (River) meets the sea. br>Now, in this area alone, see the beaches and properties available.

The Map on the top right corner shows you where Fortaleza (and Aquiraz) is located, now here below, is a map drawn by our surveyor, Jefferson Castro, showing the town of Aquiraz (30 kilometers from Fortaleza) and the various beaches seen in the photos above, specially Prainha.
